It is made of highly tempered safety glass with special edge treatment to withstand high thermal stress. Pyroswiss 20 meets CPSC 16CFR 1201-CAT II impact safety rating. Pyroswiss 20 can be combined into an IGU with a full range of insulating glass material options for exterior applications.
Contraflam 45 is a clear multi-chamber fire-protective glass for interior applications – UL listed for up to 45 minutes fire rating. It is made of tempered safety glass, sealed to be completely moisture-resistant, with internal chambers filled with an environmentally friendly, transparent and UV-stable alkaline silicate based chemical mixture. In the event of fire, these intumescent interlayers expand as opaque foam providing necessary heat insulating properties. Contraflam 45 meets CPSC 16CFR 1201-CAT II impact safety rating.
